The CNRS research network "Interfacial Soft Matter” is organising its annual workshop from October 5 to 7 2026 (from mid-day Monday to mid-day on Wednesday), at the Institut Charles Gerhardt Montpellier.

The confirmed invited speakers are:

Lionel Bureau (Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Physique, Grenoble)
Marie-Caroline Jullien (Institut de Physique de Rennes)
Cécile Monteux (Sciences et Ingénierie de la Matière Molle, ESPCI Paris)
Christophe Sinturel (Interfaces, Confinement, Matériaux et Nanostructures, Orléans)

As suggested by the expertises of the invitees, some of the main topics of the GDR are (i) mechanics, flow and dynamics at interfaces, (ii) complex, non-equilibrium interfaces, (iii) confinement and (iv) functional interfaces. All those interested in these and adjacent topics are invited to register and/or contribute a presentation.
